Notes: There were 3500 binder sets made for Playboy.
In addition Sports Time released 1300 binder sets and 100
premium sets. Binder set cards are available only in
Sports Time binders. The Samantha Fox and De De Lind
cards were distributed to the Collectors Club and dealers.
Unsigned De De Lind jumbo cards exist, approximately 20
numbered cards were released without De De's signature by
an error at Sports Time, they are numbered in the low 900s.
De De also sells unnumbered cards which are not rare.
